Okay, here’s the story. Irea dug up a Mofile pickup code in China yesterday for Saturday’s Ya-Ya-yah, but she didn’t want to download it because Mofile is veeeeery slow for people outside of China most of the time, and downloading it would have taken her something like 8 hours or so. But she sent me that pickup code so I tried it, and after many many hours when my download was almost finished it aborted which left me with a show that was missing about 25 seconds at the end. I thought what the heck, better than no show at all, so I uploaded it to MediaFire. This morining I tried downloading it again, this time with a premium download coupon that I had bought. It worked just fine and this time around I could download the whole file. So I uploaded it to MediaFire too. However, somwhere along the way I messed up, so if you download the three parts make sure to rename part 2 from YA3 2007-04-28.avi.002 to YA3 2007.04.28.avi.002 before joining, otherwise it won’t work.
Anyway, I also uploaded 2007.04.21, and that means all April episodes are now available. It took a while but I think it was worth the wait. After seeing all 4 episodes since the renewal I can safely say I like the new show pretty much. I think it’s a cute concept. I don’t know how long it’ll last until people get fed up with it, but for now I think it’s new and refreshing.
In 2007.04.28 I totally loved Shige. My gods, what a sexy young man. And great hair too.
2007.04.21 made me fall in love with Hikaru all over again, and that’s not just because he was eating that banana. And Shoon? What can I say, he’s just adorable. Always has been, always will be. And for some reason people seem to like sitting on his lap. Or he likes having people sit there. Or whatever. Anyway, it’s just cute.
So if you want to download all the latest Ya-Ya-yah episodes, be my guest: http://ya3tv.blogspot.com/
I already wrote about Taiyo‘s German army fetish the other day. Once again, here’s the pics I already posted before.
I thought I remembered some more, and I was right.
In the first pic Taiyo is wearing a t-shirt that says “Blitzkriegpop”. Okaaaay… And the t-shirt in the 2nd and 3rd pic goes without words I guess. However, in defense of the German people I’d like to add that Hitler was actually from Austria (hey, just like Arnold Schwarzenegger), and killing himself 62 years ago today was pretty much one of the best things he ever did for us, second only to building the autobahn.
Anyway, Taiyo, if you’d like to learn some German give me a call. There’s a special discount for Japanese idol boys.
What else? Oh yeah, I also uploaded yesterday’s YOUtachi!. Nice show. Go watch it if you want to see Yuto holding hands with an almost naked man. http://youtachi.blogspot.com/
And in other news, anonymous left the following comment here last night: I was on youtube looking up ya ya yah’s pv for love together and found this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=vU4rKC4MIfw&mode=related&search= I was just wondering if you knew about this…i thought it was ya ya yah’s original since they had a pv for it
Yes, I did know that Love Together was actually a cover version, and I have seen some other Juniors perform it, I think it was in an episode of Hadaka no Shonen in 2000 or something like that. I think the reason Ya-Ya-yah got to do that cover version was that in spring 2002 Ya-Ya-yah had just released their single, and the soccer world cup in Japan was coming up, so someone in JE probably thought it would be a good idea to put the chibis in soccer jerseys and let them dance in a soccer stadium. It couldn’t be a new original song however, because they had just had one a month ago, so they ended up recycling Love Together and called it Love Together 2002. Anyway, I had never seen this version that anonymous dug up on Youtube, so thanks a lot for the link. And because it’s fun to watch I’ll post that video right here right now.
So this is ☆☆I.N.G.進行形 [☆☆I.N.G. Shinkoukei], performing Love Together on Pop Jam back in 2001. Some of you may recognize 東新良和 [Toushin Yoshikazu] and ラファイ・エディ [Rafai Eddy]. The other members are 藁谷亮太 [Waragai Ryouta], 服部将也 [Hattori Masaya], and 服部将也 [Takai Chuuya], and they were all 13 to 15 years old at the time.
One of the backdancers is actually A.B.C.‘s Tsukada. And I might be hallucinating, but there’s one who might even be Shoon, except he looks a bit too tall for a then 12-year-old so I guess it’s not him. The video quality is not so good, so I can’t say for sure. But it’s possible, Shoon entered Johnny’s about half a year before that performance.
