Watching Gakuen Heaven while my brother’s dog, which I’m babysitting over the weekend, is drooling all over my beautiful carpet. What a great way to spend a Saturday night.
The Gokusen 3 cast is finally confirmed, and it looks like I won’t be seeing Hikaru in a school uniform again any time soon, and I won’t see him beat up Hongo Kanata either. They both didn’t make it. 3 other Johnny’s boys however did, and that’s 高木雄也 中間淳太 and 桐山照史 Takaki Yuya is of course Takaki Yuya from Hey!Say!JUMP, and he’ll be playing the male lead. Nakama Junta and Kiriyama Akito are from the Kansai jr. sub-group B.A.D. Other students include 三浦春馬 石黒英雄 and 三浦翔平 I only know Miura Haruma from his role as 15-year-old father in 14才の母 in which he was pretty good. Ishiguro Hideo is currently in 1ポンドの福音 and I know nothing at all about Miura Shohei.
So what else is new? Nothing much I suppose. On tomorrow’s Shonen Club we’ll get to hear Ryosuke and Hikaru solo songs. That’s definitely something to look forward to. Which reminds me, a look at the Tokyo Dome concert setlist that’s being printed in the new magazines tells me that by now we have seen pretty much all the songs they performed during the concert: Wonderland Train, Thrill, Shin*Gi*Tai, Tobira no mukou, Star Time with Inoo on the piano, the lot. Tomorrow we’ll see Perfume (Ryosuke) and Flame of Love (Hikaru). However, there’s still a couple of songs we haven’t seen yet. E.g. Higher (Takaki x Keito duet), 合戦~龍神 (Daiki x Ryutaro duet), 麗しのBad Girl (Yuto solo), Rain Dance (Yabu solo) and On The Wind (Chinen solo). March Shokuras will be recorded on February 18… Onegai?
And in other news, why do I have a feeling that nobody clicked on that 64-year-old-Keito pic I posted yesterday to check out how the rest of
HSJ will look in 50 years? Hm, maybe I should have advertised it more explicitly. Anyhow, I played with the software I used to create that picture a little more, and I ended up with the picture on the right, which I call Hey!Say!MANGA. Looks kinda interesting, but I don’t know, for some reason Yuto makes me laugh…
