When both Ryosuke and Hikaru have solo songs in the same Shonen Club episode, how on earth am I supposed to choose which one I post on my blog? After thinking about it for a while I came up with the most obvious solution: I’ll just post the performance I liked best.
And that’s neither Ryosuke‘s パフューム nor Hikaru‘s 炎 Flame of Love, it’s the Johnny’s Jr. LOVE SONG Medley. Honestly, I liked both Ryosuke‘s and Hikaru‘s solos. They’re both incredibly gifted young men, and I love them both. But the performance I loved the most in this Shokura was the LOVE SONG Medley. Such wonderful people…
I happened to watch an old Shonen Club performance earlier today. It started with a Hashimoto solo, and I thought what a great voice he has. And then he starts off the LOVE SONG Medley and I’m all ♥__♥. The other people in this medley were the four Kinpachi guys, Kamei, Uekusa, Camu and Sanada. ♥♥♥♥ Then Nakayama and the Fresh Juniors from last week. Kosaku Masato, who also has a great voice. Question?. And finally Goto Hiromi, the violin kid, and not only did he play the violin, he also got to sing a couple of solo lines. ♥
I loved this episode of Shonen Club, I didn’t get bored for a single second. Great songs, great people. And, except for the Ryosuke and Hikaru solos, the talk corner with Daiki, Inoo and Takaki, and the Nekketsu Junior League with Yabu and Hikaru, no Hey!Say!JUMP. O_O
A remarkable moment at the beginning when KAT-TUN‘s Taguchi called Ryosuke “sweet”. The expression on Ryosuke‘s face was priceless.
I uploaded all the performances to my Yutotube. Here’s download links for the audio and video rips:
