I can’t deny it, deep down inside I’m still a little boy that wants to play all day. And like many other kids I get extremely jealous and start throwing tantrums if some other kid has bigger, better toys than I do. Don’t ask, it’s not pretty.

My favourite toys are words. I’ve been playing with them since forever, and unlike other toys they’ve never really started boring me no matter how long I’ve played with them at a time. So yeah, I play with words. I’m doing it all the time, and I’m sure very often people don’t even notice. But what the heck, I’m the one who’s playing, and I’m having fun.

I thought I was being incredibly clever when I came up with the Kung Fu Hamster banner on the right. It was a very spontanous idea really. It was on the day Your Seed was announced, and I had been doing research on Kung Fu Panda all day, and the first thing that came into my mind when Akaru showed me that Ryutaro pic was “Kung Fu Hamster”. It came so easily, it’s like.. I can’t believe it’s not the first thing anyone would think of.

And then my beloved wife and friend Scribe came up with Johnny’s Ultra Music Panda last night. I wondered why I hadn’t seen it because it’s so obvious, so simple and so ingenius. Well, I’m glad it was you, Scribe, that came up with it and not some random stranger. It made it so much easier to work out a deal with you so I could use it for that 2nd banner. XD Thanks again.

Anyway, yeah well, looking at both banners I don’t have a favourite really. I like them both, but for different reasons. You can vote for your favourite banner by clicking on it and buying the CD, lol. Okay, sorry, you caught me. This is a shameless Hey!Say!JUMP sales post. But that’s how the part of me that works in advertising… plays.

Seriously though, Your Seed is available for pre-order from CDJapan now. There will be a Limited Edition with Bonus DVD, and it’ll probably sell out pretty fast, so if you want it and if you want to support a lot of people in the entertainment industry then make sure to get your copy while you can. YesAsia is being a bit slow again. I keep refreshing their Hey!Say!JUMP music page, but no sign of Your Seed yet. God, I love saying “your seed”. It sounds so incredibly funny.
