It doesn’t really happen that often that I dream of celebrities, maybe a couple of times per year, so it’s quite remarkable that I’ve had celebrity dreams for two nights in a row now. Two nights ago I dreamed I was a Libera concert in London and I was sitting next to Pope Benedict XVI. He seemed like a perfectly nice old man, but when I looked into his eyes I knew that he was actually the devil. Scary. And last night I dreamed that I met Robbie Williams. Now, he really is a very nice person.
I have no idea where that Pope dream came from, but my dream of Robbie was obviously triggered by his awesome comeback performance on X-Factor last night. He didn’t really put a lot of effort into giving a perfect performance of his new song Bodies, he just enjoyed – and dare I say indulged in - himself and being back in front of a live audience after three years of absence. It was such great fun to watch.
I love that man. I don’t think he’s all that pretty, but sooooo sexy. I love him for going through all the shit he’s been going through (alcohol and substance abuse, obesity, and probably some sort of mental illness) and then coming back like he just did. And I also love him for proving that a 35-year-old can behave like a hyperactive 13-year-old child on national television and get away with it. ♥

In other news, all the YouTube videos I linked to in my Shonen Club post yesterday have already been deleted. =/ I didn’t rip them, only the two videos I posted, so if you missed them you’re gonna have to wait until the episode pops up in the Shokura community.
