Good news, everyone!
Yesterday the January episodes of Shonen Club were recorded. The themes are 感謝 [kansha = gratitude] and JUMP. That’s right, JUMP as in Hey!Say!JUMP, and that’s why Hey!Say!JUMP will be guests! All of them!!!
This piece of news could only get any more awesome if they actually had a new song to perform…
Oh wait, they do!!!
The new song is called ロミオ&ジュリエット. That’s Romeo & Juliet. How awesome is that?! I love that song already.
They will perform the new song twice, early on in the first Shonen Club, and as the ending song in the second. I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up too soon. For now it’s just a new song, and nobody knows if it’ll be released as a single or not. But it totally smells like a new single to me. I mean, to have them on Shonen Club and perform the new song the same week Yamada’s new drama goes on air…? Could it really be “just” a new song that will never be released? I don’t think so. Don’t pay any attention to me though, I’ve been wrong too many times before.
But hey, a fanboy can dream, right?
Anyway, a lot of other great songs will be performed on Shokura next month, like Stompin’, Back in Time, Thrill, Star Light, Paradise Ginga, Crazy Accel, Ultra Music Power, School kakumei or Just Wanna Lovin’ You, but you will understand that right now I can’t bring myself to collect all the information and verify any details because I’m way too excited about Romeo & Juliet. If you want to know more about what’s happening on Shonen Club next month you may want to look here or here.
Gotta go now and call all my friends!
