It’s quite amazing to think that I’ve been following Libera Gasshoudan since the time when most many of the current members weren’t even born yet. But even though I’ve been a fan for so long I haven’t been able to see them in concert until very recently. And I’m glad that I did because it was probably the last chance for me to see Tom Cully, my most favourite Libera member ever.
Libera will have a new album out in March, and they have a beautiful new video up on YouTube, and it’s so strange to see them, after all those years, without Tom. I’m gonna miss him. Hell, I already am.
Libera will play two concerts at Bunkamura Orchard Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo on April 8th and 9th, just a few days after Hey!Say!JUMP kick off their spring concert tour in Tokyo. If I win the lottery in the next couple of weeks I might go and watch them both, Libera and Hey!Say!JUMP in the same city in the same week. How awesome that would be. Oh well, not gonna happen. =[
