Yes, well, hello.

In case you’re wondering about the title of this post, apparently there are still some people with the maturity of a 5-year-old in this fandom who think it’s a hilarious thing if somebody is gay, and who think that they can somehow hurt or insult or ridicule openly gay people by saying to them “Haha, you’re gay, LOL!“. Well, you can’t. All you can do is amuse me and make me pity your 19th-century worldview. Grow up.

In other news, let’s have more polls, shall we?

Yes yes, I know, I’ve only just put you all through 17 polls already, and I hear some of you think “Is this never gonna stop?“. Yes, it is. After these two final Jump No.1 polls, I promise.

Why two more? Well, if you’ve looked at the previous 17 poll you’ll have noticed that in pretty much all of them the majority of people gave each song a rating of 10. I even believe that there are some people who gave every single song a rating of 10, which doesn’t really make any sense because it isn’t helpful in establishing a ranking, nor does it leave any room for improvement. But hey, who am I to judge the integrity or the taste of anyone? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If you want to rate every single song on Jump No.1 with 10 points then so be it.

But with these final two polls I’m gonna force you to make up your mind and form an opinion, because in them you can’t love all the songs equally. You’re gonna have to pick a favourite and a least favourite. If you can’t do it you can’t vote. Make up your mind now. I know this isn’t easy. As I’m writing this I’m listening to my most favourite songs on the album. They’re quite a few, and I still don’t know which one I’m gonna vote for. However, my least favourite song was pretty much a no-brainer for me, but I’m not gonna tell you which one it is. At least not yet.

Anyway, I’m doing these polls to see if the results will mirror the results in the pevious 17 Jump No.1 polls. If they do then it’s proof of the accuracy of the results even though they may not be representative of the whole fandom. And if they don’t… well, then I’ll probably try to come up with an interesting explanation.

So, please name your favourite and least favourite songs on Jump No.1. Unlike in the other polls the results will remain hidden until I’ve closed the polls. Makes the whole thing a bit more exciting. Also, it gives you the chance to tell me in your comments which songs you think will come first in each poll. (What you think, please, not what you want.) ^^
